STUDIO LB

What is Studio LB? Created and taught by fitness artist and expert Lauren Boggi, Studio LB is an empowering, ever-evolving, dance and mat-based strength training 28-day digital fitness program for every body. The cardio and sculpting workouts will challenge you to flow from one exercise to the next, building rock solid abs, lean, strong muscles, and gives you results, fast. 

Are the workouts set to music?  Yes, expect movement to music, to be empowered by the movement and inspired by the music - You'll hear everything from Alesso to Fetty Wap to Cat Power and Billie Eilish. We're one part Beyonce and one part zen.  

Do I have to begin the first week of the month? You’re welcome to begin anytime. The Program is progressive, but Lauren gives plenty of modifications. If you’ve signed up in the middle of the month, we recommend starting with the Beginner Series and Beginner Friendly workouts, then jump into the current week of the SLB Program when you feel ready.

What do I get as a member?  As a member you'll receive The Program, the entire library of 200+ full length (40 to 50-min) workouts, the Beginner Series, and the entire library of over 200 Quick Burn (5-30 minute) workouts. You’ll also receive Lauren’s weekly workout plan in calendar format, access to the Studio LB Hotline text support, and Lauren’s 7-day meal plan to help you jumpstart your results.

What is The Program?  If you’re looking to seriously upgrade your fitness regimen and results, The Program is where it's at. Studio LB is a 28-day, progressive workout program created and taught by Lauren Boggi.

What will I receive each week?  Each week you'll receive The Studio LB Program schedule and Quick Burn schedule, and three to four new workouts developed by Lauren. These workouts are designed to work together. For optimal results, follow the weekly workout schedules, or DIY and choose from previous workouts.

I'm new and I haven't worked out in ages; will this be too difficult for me?  While the workouts are vigorous, they can be modified to your fitness level. If you’re just getting started, check out the Beginner Series, Beginner Friendly Workouts, and Quick Burn workouts before you dive into The Program. Modifications are offered often, and if you ever have further questions, feel free to reach out to us at hello@laurenboggi.com

I'm not very coordinated, will I be able to follow?  Our workouts contain user-friendly choreography.  Give yourself some time to learn the technique it's just like learning anything new. You wouldn’t expect to be a champion ballroom dancer after your first dance lesson. If you don’t master the choreography on your first try, remember it’s just fitness and is meant to be fun!  

What equipment do I need? You will need a mat, light 3lb., medium 5lb., and a set of heavier 8-12 lb. weights, and resistance loops. Occasionally Lauren will incorporate some additional props such as socks or a dowel, but every workout can be completed without props.

How should I begin?  Start with the most important thing: Great form. Check out the Beginner Series and Quick Burn workouts before jumping into The Program. Every week we'll send you the latest and greatest, but we're flexible, so have fun and DIY - we believe that personal choice is key to long-term success. 

How often does Studio LB release new Quick Burn workouts?  If you’re short on time or just looking to dabble in, we’re here for that. New Quick Burn workouts are released every week.  

How quickly will I see results?  If you're following The Program, or doing our Quick Burn workouts and your diet is optimal, results can be seen within 14-30 days.  Some people report visible results in one week.  


ABOUT LAUREN

Who is Lauren Boggi?  Lauren is a fitness expert with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. Here you'll draw on her expertise as a competitive SEC Division 1A collegiate cheerleader, Pilates instructor, and celebrity trainer.  Some background: Dubbed a Kinetic Genius, Lauren created her own method and the Higher Power Band System, operated fitness studios (Lithe) for over a decade, and really knows what works for women's bodies.

How do you pronounce Lauren's last name?  It's pronounced "BO-JEE."


STUDIO LB SUBSCRIPTION

When are the new workouts released? New content is released every Sunday evening. The weekly calendar is released via email on Monday morning at 5AM EST.

Where can I find the Program schedules?  The Program and Quick Burn Program schedules are emailed to you every Monday morning at 5AM EST. You can also find the schedule on the blog, and in the resources section of monthly program. (If you are using the app, the resources will be located after the last video on the playlist.)


HOW, EXACTLY?

How do I log into my Studio LB subscription? You can access your Studio LB account here.

Where can I access my Studio LB account?  You access Studio LB via desktop browser, or on one of our Studio LB apps- iOS, Apple TV, Android, Android TV, Fire TV, & Roku. Videos are available 24/7.

Where are this week’s workouts located? Scroll down to the section titled This Month and select The Program or Quick Burn Program where you will find this month’s featured content.

Where does the content go after it’s no longer featured? Workouts can be found in the 28-Day Programs and Quick Burn Programs from the past. Additionally, workouts can also be found under the appropriate category: Cardio + Sculpt, Sculpt & Quick Burn.

How do I search for content? You can search for a workout by name, or use the filters to find the right workout for you. If you are using filters to search for a workout, we recommend that you initially select only one or two filters. If there are too many results you can narrow down your search by selecting additional filters.

How do I save my favorite workouts?  Too much content? We know how frustrating it can be to remember and find your fave workouts. You can save your favorite workouts by hitting the Add to Favorites Button (click the heart). If you are accessing Studio LB via the web, your favorite workouts will be featured at the top of the Workout Library.

How do I watch videos in offline mode? If you have a Studio LB app installed, you can download the workout to your device to view when you don’t have access to internet or if you have a weak connection. Select the workout you would like to download, click the download button (down arrow), and go to the downloads/favorites section of your app. (Navigate to this section by clicking the icon of a device w/ the play symbol on top.)


PAYMENT / BILLING

How much is Studio LB?  $39.99 per month or $399 per year. Get two months free w/ an annual membership.

What payments do you accept? We accept most major credit cards and paypal.

How does the billing for my Studio LB subscription work? Your subscription automatically renews, and your credit card will be charged each month. For example, if you purchased your subscription on August 10th, your credit card will be charged again on September 10th.

How do I cancel my subscription? If you purchased through our website, you can cancel your subscription at any time in your settings.

If you subscribed through the app and pay through a third party service, you can cancel your subscription in the subscription management section of whichever third party your in-app subscription is through (Apple, Google Play, Amazon or Roku). Below are some useful instructions from the third party providers on how to manage your subscriptions.
